Cancellation policy and change of product policy
No refund will be available 72 hours before a 50% refund will be available if cancelled within a month before or option to move the date. thank you.we may need to change the product for a like for like on the odd occasion due to damage or end of line use of the product. We will insure it's the same size and specifications.
Hose pipe ban . We hold no responsibility if a hose pipe ban is put in place. or if the hire can not go ahead because of a reason that is out of our hands .we will however move the hire to a suitable date. And refunds will not be given
